You Can View The Website In Both English As Well As Gujarati Language.Home Page Will Display The List Of Different Services.
You Need To Register Yourself On Citizen Portal To Avail Any Service,Only “Get A Copy Of Fir” Service Can Be Used Without Registering.

For All Other Services, Registration Is Compulsory.

Once Registration Is Completed, You Can Use Any Service By Entering User Name And Password.
In Case You Forgot Your Password, You Can Reset It By Clicking On Forgot Password.

Preliminary Inquiry Within The Time Limit Of 2 Hours. When The Preliminary Inquiry Is Handed Over To The Investigating Officer On Duty In The Police Station, The Inquiry Officer As Well As The Complainant Will Be Informed By E-Mail Or SMS About The Workload Of The Inquiry Officer.

If The Place Of Incident Does Not Come Under The Jurisdiction Of His Own Police Station, Then An FIR Will Be Lodged In The Concerned Police Station. If The E-FIR Contains False Documents And Wrong Details, The Application Will Be Filed.
The Station Officer Will Have To Dispose Of The E-FIR Within 3 Hours Of Uploading The E-FIR From The Citizen Portal – Citizen First Mobile App. If It Is Not Disposed Of Within 2 Hours, The E-Mail And SMS Regarding The Pending E-FIR Will Be Sent To The Senior Police Officers Immediately.
Thus, If The Final Decision Regarding The E-FIR Is Not Taken Within Five Days, The E-FIR Will Be Automatically Allotted The Standard Rolling Number Of The FIR By E-Gujkop And The Station Officer Will Be Given Any Such Further Action Will Have To Be Taken On This. Other Common Firs.
